Version 1 is the Original Sandcap, designed to fit all major professional scraper handles.  Version 2  was created to accommodate the longer handle of the Harbor Freight ‘Quinn’ scrapers.  Both versions are built on the original patent, and are tough as nails.  This is a great option if you want to save almost 50% off a new Sandcap, but don’t need the included sanding strips or the nice clamshell packaging.
